The primary target of Administrative Services are business leaders, non-profits and entrepreneurs who intend to outsource basic office tasks to better associate themselves to their core business processes. This way they will be able to focus on top priority tasks instead of time consuming work such as bookkeeping, payroll, organizing files, managing data, internet research and many more.
Clients will be billed an hourly rate for administrative services.
This option is for customers that have one-off projects that need completing, i.e. asset management. A job estimate will be provided before work begins. An agreement must be signed by the client and returned before beginning work. For large projects, 50% of the estimated final cost will be due upon signing of the agreement. The remainder of the payment is due upon completion of service. Extra costs for printing, mailing, and mileage will be billed as required.
